Application for Student Visa

Hey
Was just going to apply for student visa
When I was applying I saw that I had to mention all previous visa refusals from any country
I was refused a US Visa in 2015, but reapplied and got a US Visa in 2017 (B1/B2)
Should I mention it in my application?

Any help will be greatly appreciated...
