Hi Everyone,
I have a recorded "Caution for Battery" as per APCO record in UK on July,2008. I am going to apply for student visa on Feb'2013.
Would I be treated as Inadmissible in Canada?
Would my student visa application be rejected for this history of Caution ?

Can anyone give me a logical answer ?
Regards. :)

1. Caution for Battery isn't a conviction (and also not punishable by a maximum term of at least 10 years in Canada), so it does not make you 'inadmissible' to Canada.

Hi Enfield,
Thank you very much indeed for the answer.
Where did you ger that "Caution for Battery" is not a "Conviction" ? Is your comment as per the Canadian Criminal Code ?
Please reply.
Cheers :)
