Hi,

I am considering submitting my application under this program. Do you think it is worth getting a lawyer. Is the application process simple enough that I can do it by myself? What are your thoughts on this?

thanks,
Sam

Hi,

Truly speaking it is not essential to apply through a lawyer. The CIC website gives you lot of information about application preparation and you can download the guide from CIC website.

If you ever come across with any doubt, you can always make your enquiries on this forum where you will get full support from our respected members.

If you are not fully confident, you have the option to choose any good lawyer / immigration consultant

I really advice you not to waste your money for immigration lawyers or consultants since they are as post offices only as our friend qorax described them. You can do what they can do with your applications and you might be more carefu than them while filling in the information. Believe they make mistakes a lot and they might put you in trouble more than help. so don't use an immigration lawyer and rely on this helpful forum.
Good Luck,
