Hi hope there someone who can answer?...

My husbands application for open work permit has been rejected the philippines twice. 1. Reason - failure to proove of his relationship to me eventhough we have a marriage cert. 2. Application- we submitted even our pictures of wedding, my employer gave a job offer..but no lmo foz lmo as said by my agent is not needed for an open work permit. Which is true accdg to cic. But it has been refused again due to he cant support himself and any dependent.

So now i wanted to apply for pr alone, can I? What should i do coz my income is not enough to sponsor them? My agent for now told me that theres no way? So should i give up? I am working as food service supervisor. And that is under federal worker my employer is willing to give us PNP but my agent told me the employr should increase my salary or give new LMIA. which it wont happen.

No - you can't apply for PR alone. Your husband must be included in the application. If you have any children under 19 years old, they must be included as well.

And so theres nothing that i can do anymore? No other way?
Again, you must include your husband in your PR application. Excluding him is not an option.
