Application for PR got denied

Can anyone help me, please..... I failed to submit background declaration for my husband that's why my application for PR got denied ( noc.21, 2014) under live in caregiver program? Is anyone can help me what to do?

It's mandatory that you submit a background declaration for your husband. Is there a reason why you didn't do this?

I misunderstood the question. I submit the form but I put my background declaration not for my husband.

I'm sorry to hear that. If the rejection came from a valid reason, it's very unlikely to be re-opened. I'm afraid you'll have to apply from scratch again... Perhaps you should consult a lawyer about this as I don't think anyone on this forum can help you at this point.

Did CIC contact you at any point about missing info/documents? I'm not sure if it's standard procedure to reject straight away. At least they should have sent you a fairness letter with a deadline for you to respond... Maybe you have a chance in this, but again only a lawyer can find out...

No they don't contacted me at all. Atleast to give me second chance to provide what's is missing on my part

I ask help to the lawyer now and submitted the right document last dec. 10,14 but till now we haven't hear anything back form the CIC. My concern is my open work permit is going to expire this coming June 2015

Good luck! Unfortunately this kind of thing takes a while. You can also talk to your local MP (Member of Parliament) to see if they can help. Meanwhile, ask your lawyer if you can start a new application at the same time to keep your status in Canada.
