Application for OOPNP

Hello guys,

Does anybody have any idea what's going on with the OOPNP?

We had sent our package on November 2, 2015,and so far didn't get any sign of life from them (reference number etc.).
Is it supposed to take so long? Is anybody in here in the familiar situation?

Yes.
It ordinarily takes anywhere from 45-60 days to get an AOR from OINP once your application is received by them. Of course, OINP was closed in December and part of January, too, so the time before you got a reference number and acknowledgement letter from them will be even longer now.
After you do get the AOR, it will take them up to 60 days to make a decision on your file.

We got a reference number but not before we reminded them very politely and very firmly that it's time already to be done :D
