Application for MSc or PGdiploma

I need some advice on either to apply for an MSc or post graduate diploma. I graduated with 3.12/5.00 for my BSc? Though, I might have to apply for a one year course due to finance, then maybe apply for another one year course. Please, I need advice. Thanks greatly.
