I have a question regarding documentation required for Indian PCC application at BLS Vancouver: Can we apply for an Indian PCC while on implied status?
I am currently transitioning from a study permit to PGWP. I received an ITA today since my spouse submitted an express entry application under CEC and we cleared the cut off score. As I began preparing the documents, I realized that Indian PCC application requires that your permit remain valid at the time of application. Unfortunately, PGWP processing time has progressively increased over the past two months. It has already been 2 months since I submitted my PGWP application and the CIC website pegs the current processing time to 98 days.
Does anyone have any idea whether BLS will accept an expired study permit along PGWP submission receipt along with PCC application? Of course, I understand that I could contact BLS as well to confirm, but I would really benefit if anyone has a heads up on this matter.

If I wait for my approved PGWP before applying for Indian PCC, I am not sure I can get the PCC approved within the 60 day ITA deadline. Any input/advice regarding this will be much appreciated
Thanks a lot in advance!
