I would confirm with them to see if they are sending a physical copy. I never got a physical copy from them, only the scanned version. As far as I remember, they had earlier said they will send both.

They said they’ll send it. But that’s not the point. If scanned copy of translation works for Online application. It should work for Paper application too right?

The original copy would also be a copy right? It won't be your original passport?
I suppose doing a color printout and sending it with the application should work.

I’m talking about original translation certificate where translator put their golden seal and stamp. I think sending a copy of it in paper application should be fine.

You could attach a Letter of Explanation saying that you have attached a print out copy as the original willed not be mailed to you.
That may work.
Even if it overlaps, you should include it.
I was working and schooling part time too and I included everything.

do i have to write the ACTUAL EXPIRY DATE of work permit as it is on printed on permit OR should i INCLUDE THE TIME SPENT ON IMPLIED STATUS when entering the end date of the work permit and put end date of permit as january 25.

So it is time for me to join the ranks of the citizenship applicants, but I'm a bit confused with the online application document requirements.
For the standard paper application, IRCC requests that you scan and print out ALL of the passport pages (for any passports/travel docs you've held over the 5 year period), but the ONLINE application only asks for the bio page(s) and has a line saying that at some point I will be asked to show the original passport/travel documents (also a part of the paper based processing).
My question being, should I just follow the online application to a "T", or is there any point of actually uploading the whole passport package in Additional Documents? I couldn't find this question being answered to a sufficient extent, so here I am.

Thanks for your help, I know all of this. I was in Canada for one mount in April 2017, and then have been here since Nov 21st, 2017 as a visitor until now, one time I extend my visa for 5 mounts and before it finished I left Canada for 5 days, after coming back I applied for PR which I got on Sep12th 2019. and for now, I signed my citizen application on November 7th,2021 with 1130 days for physical presence. I didn't send my extended visa paper to them, I don't know maybe this is a mistake. right now I have no idea about my mistake.
