Current physical presence calculator is kinda confusing, sorry I dont have answer for you as my physical presence was very simple. But soon, you will be able to fill up the the physical presence in the current website and it should provide a better experience for future applicants.

if you are on Work permit visa in Canada before you PR, it counts towards stay period in county at half period. It is for that calculation.
Quick question. How would you prefer to submit a letter of explanation when they are requesting more info on why I didn't attach a passport for a few days during which I didn't have one. Is the online form more effective? or should I be sending it via air mail as well?

I have a similar case to this person, but they say, they have been employed in a full-time job from 2020 to present, so if I put unemployed, isn't that a misrepresentation? Because technically I have been continuously working in a full-time job non-stop? Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
Sorry! So you had a full time job and in parallel you did part time jobs? So you have continuous full time job during that time in addition to gap in part time?
If that is the case do NOT fill unemployed.
try filling mail job as first or last option to see if it accepts all else provide justification that gap is in part time. If it doesn’t allow you to proceed, i think its best to remove part time andput a supporting LOE and add the details there

we should put all the passport pages on the paper application, but for the online application, they ask just for bio pages which are pages with name, date of birth and ...
I'm confused, so I made a pdf file of all pages of my passport and uploaded it, then on the page of optional documents, as a support document for my passport, I used a pdf file of translation(which included all pages that has some stamps or information in another language.
is this okay?

Yeah it's okay. You sent more stuff than what IRCC wants, but they sometimes ask for these additional pages during the processing, so if they need they need those, they already have them.
