Application for a thesis based master degree at uOttawa, what are my chances?

Yes any advanced degree from a decent university in Canada increases the chances of approval. Assume your choice of program make sense based on you education and work history. The one other big thing would be finances. Although you have some funding you will still be expected to show some savings.

I graduated from university with a bachelor of science in mathematics in 2021. The program in which I got admitted is applied computer science and society, which is one of the departments of the faculty of science at the university of winnipeg, manitoba.

I paid 5,000 CAD tuition deposit and I attached my bank statement from the past two months. My bank account had 10200 USD which is equal to 13,800 CAD.

Reviewing the eligibility started two weeks ago. I hope get the medical exam request.
