My visit visa expired on September 6 but before its expiration, I applied for a new visit visa since August 9 within Canada (using my husband's address within Canada). I left Canada September 3. It's over 3months since I applied for the new visit visa but I haven't received any response to my application.
Pls what can I do? I need to visit my husband again.

If you were a visitor in Canada, you could not have applied for a TRV within Canada. Did you submit the TRV app to an office outside of Canada or did you apply to extend your visitor status instead?

I did apply for a new visa (not extension) online while in Canada. The said application was submitted to cic.ca and was confirmed. Since confirmation (on Aug 9), I haven't received any response.

I have been asked to go for medicals within the next 30days. But Im pregnant and my fear is CIC may think I intend to deliver in Canada (of which I do not cos we cant bear the cost).
However my EDD is before the end of the 30days.
Is it advisable to go for medicals now or I should wait after delivery.
My application is for a second visitors visa and I don't want to be denied

You can decide when to complete the medical. You will have to have a chest x-ray, so you have to decide whether to do that while still pregnant or not.

It generally takes a few weeks for the medical to be processed, so if you are that close to delivery, IRCC is not going to think that you will be coming here for delivery, especially given that airlines won't even fly you at this point.

Would suspect that you putting your address as your husband’s in Canada would have been confusing.
