Application Filed Directly to Local Visa Office in April-09

Dear Members,
My lawyer has filed my P.R. application under NOC Code 1111, under AEO from Canadian employer, duly approved by the HRSDC Department Canada on 16th of April-09 whcih received by CHC New Delhi on 20th April-09. File contains all the docs like All necessary forms duly filled and signed, Educational docs of me, wife, IELTS Certificate, Original PCC, Copy of passports, residential proof documents, copy of AEO, Original Experience Letter with Visiting Card and Fee draft for four perosn amounting to CDN 1400, which is still not been encashed.

But No reply from CHC New delhi till now. Some one has told me that this file needs to submit NS, Sydney ist. I am confused how my lawyer has filed it to Local Visa Office.

I have question what embassy will do with that file will it react or not, why it not reacting as near about 3 months has been already passed. Why dd is not still been encashed. What should I do now as my lawyer is still saying that I should wait one month more.

2nd I am book keeper and got AEO under code 1231 which comes under main code 1111. Is it ok or I have selected wrong code?

2nd my IELTS score was as below:

Speacking 6.5, Reading 5.5, Litening 5.5 and writing 5. Is it sufficient or I need to retake, If I retake and comes with less with previous result than what result will be treated by CHC

1. It appears your lawyer is not the sharpest tack in the box. All FSW applications go to Sydney, and not the full application.
2. ND may be nice and forward it to Sydney, but most likely will return it to your lawyer.
3. Was the draft in Canadian funds? If not it is definitely coming back.
4. If you are a bookkeeper you should have applied under that NOC, if you have an AEO.
5. You only get 9 points for IELTS. So you can work out your points, they must add to 67.
6. Did you get the AEO or did you pay the lawyer for it?

I have already got aeo and submit the copy to lawyer who has already attached it in my p.r. file.

My aeo contains noc code 1231 but my lawyer has mentioned 1111 in the application, when I object she has told that my experience is more than that book keeper catogory so it is not good to apply under 1231 so she has mentioned 1111 and has given assurance that its ok.

What did u say about my draft ( draft is still is not encashed from the bank where I had get it issued)

How have you calculate my IELTS points.

My lawyer is not replying to my mail? should I personally mail to CHC delhi and enquired from them abt status of my file.

when u have AEO as bookkeeper u should apply as 1231 code

why don't u pay a vist to ur lawyer? PMM said that whether u submitted a draft in Canadian Dollars or in Indian currency as it had to be in CAD. may be he or some other senior can advise u about contacting CHC-ND to get to know the status of ur application.

sir,
Draft was in CAD and was get issued from Royal Bank of Canada. I could not get connected with my lawyer physically as she is in Canada.

Should I personally approached to CHC, New Delhi
