Application fee ? when we send full doc to local visa office

Plz advise what will be the application fee in second stage. when we send full doc to local visa office. my local visa office is Berlin.

Main applicant fees ?
Spouse fees ?

No apps fees to the local Visa Office.
We only pay the CIC twice for our entire case processing:
-1st the Apps fees, that we submit with the initial apps.
-2nd the RPRF, which u can send with the 2nd stage docs [recommended] or later.

RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee) is $490.00/person. It can be paid either with your second stage document submission or any other time during the process. However, they will not process your visa without this fee.

As i understand .. we don;t need to pay any application fees when we send full doc within 120 day to local visa office. RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fee) is $490.00/person F

yes thats true,you have to pay RPRF when CHC requires you.Normally it comes with medical request.
