Your Kabayan right? Can i ask you if the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi also required for our NBI clearance from Philippines even i was here in UAE for almost 4 yrs? Or the Police Clearance is enough? Tim why you've been lay-off? You were new in there, what happen? Can you tell me?

i sent all my documents via courrier,dhl and aramex.....all documents should not be send,by personal appearance,they will not take it,but besure u have a checklist,para complete,kita tau ha pag and2 kana///...

Sa Alberta ka rin ba? Hope your well now. Don't feel so disappointed, God has plan and purpose. Keep on praying, He will provide Job for you. I check my checklist before sending all my documents to Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi. For me it's all complete, but just now i realized that NBI Clearance will be needed as well. I obtain only Police Certificate here in Ras Al Khaimah. So maybe i will expect an email from the immigration asking for my NBI right? Tim can you tell me any possibilities that they will not issue me a working permit? Can anybody share their thoughts here please.

Please tell me also the process on applying NBI Certificate to our Phil. Consulate and how long it will take. I don't have old NBI CLEARANCE.

Hi Kabayan,

Go to Phil Embassy in Abu Dhabi , ( Al Bateen ) They have this form for NBI, they will let you fill it up and thumb mark in abu dhabi police station, This is base on my exprience.After that you have to submit it to them for stamping and then you will arrange it to be sent to Philippines NBI, ( Dont forget to make an authorization letter for one of your relatives so that they can claim it and send it back to you ) .Or you can call Phil Embassy for NBI application procedure .

Sorry I forgot to inform you that they are fees to paid , cant remember if you have to pay fess for the Thumb Marks or in Phil Embassy.

I think it is much safer if i will send that form with my finger prints to my relatives in Philippines then they can process it it for me, right?
You have any idea if My Relatives can process it in NBI at province area ( particularly in Kalibo Aklan or Ilo Ilo ) or it can be process only in Manila at Taft Branch as mentioned in website?

Please advice.
Really need to know as it's taking too much time and cause delay.

Im a Bacolodnon and currently working in Abu Dhabi. Please confirm first in Phil Embassy if that is possible sending it without the stamp of Phil Embassy and Police Office here in UAE.Dont send it yet without asking them as you might waste your money paying for couriers.

Thank God atleast somebody to talk to, opinion, suggestion is really a big help.
I call already the Phil. Consolate and they told me that I'll get the form, go to police headquarters for finger prints, then after that I'll bring the form back. But I didn't ask if it's possible to process in our province or it can be process only in Manila Branch.

Diin mo ginpa process ang imu NBI Application? Sa Manila or Bacolod?
How long it takes till you got your certificate done?

Hello,

The point of letting UAE police see you while your doing you finger stamping ( NBI Form ) is to show that you are the person applying for it.The first option is to let Phil embassy process your NBI clearence.If you follow their procedures it might be the right one.

If you send it straight to Pinas without Phil Embassy Stamp and UAE police stamp and instead you will let you relatives process it with an authorization letter,

The scenario might be , NBI Pinas will ask them where are you ? Why are you giving them an authorization ? where is the stamp NBI form from the country your are currently working? Actually i did this procedure before but i felt that it will take time and sometimes (no all the time Phil embassy doesnt know the procedure too..LOl) .Lucky i have to go to Pinas for Emergency. I took mine in Bacolod NBI. I have waited the whole day ! from 6 am till 5 pm closing time. As long as me record ka na sa NBI it will not take time.

You can process it in any branch of NBI in any provinces ,dont forget to indicate that it's for Travel Abroad.

Just want to ask you or anybody who read this message, I got the NBI Form from Phil. Consolate and i went to Police Headquarters here at Ras Al Khaimah for finger prints, the the police officer assist me for finger prints on that NBI Form.
After ng finger printing ay kinuha nila yung form ko at nagbayad ako ng 60/aed sa cashier. Tapos sabi nila balik daw ako after 4 working days, for releasing. Ask ko lang kung sinuman may same experience, can you tell me if ganun ba talaga ang procedure? hindi ba talaga makukuha agad yun? i'm just worried na baka hindi nila ibalik sakin yung NBI Form sa halip bigyan nila uli ako ng Police Clearance? Pakiramdam ko kasi di nila ako naintindihan. I'm trying to explain that I only need that form back with my finger prints pero they just ignored and told me that " KALAS, JUST COMEBACK AFTER 4 DAYS "....haaaayyyyyyy

I took my NBI form the same day I did the finger prints, thats strange they suppose to release it to you too.
Who did you finger prints? Is it a woman police or a man? Wait for my pm.

just to refresh everyone,im here in canada now for almost 2 months,came from uae,kaya i knew the procedure,better go to the embassy in abu dhabi(al bateen)take a form and fill up,tapos assist ka nila for the fingerprints,no need to go to the police station,after that if u have the xerox copy of your passport including the visa,makukuha m agad,....to be send sa pinas for the processing....take it from me....goodluck.....
