AOR would stand for Acknowledgement of Receipt, thus the date that you fully submitted your app adn IRCC acknowledged that they recieved the application.

I think you may still try to raise a CSE attaching a scanned copy of the PCC document itself explaining that this is a miss on your part and requesting clarification if you need to create an EE profile again or eAPR again or would they re-instate processing based on just this CSE.

I feel that this might not hurt. Any other experienced members?
Yeah I plan to do exactly that, lets see, fingers crossed.

Sorry, unfortunately this will not work 100% as it's applicant's fault of missing a document. That's how EE system works. They follow this cancelling approach for missing documents to keep the processing times faster. You will get back all the fees that you paid in couple of weeks.

It's a complete waste of time and energy to open a CSE, explain this and attach the document. You can check this forum and there are plenty of cases like this. They will not reopen your case for sure.

With lower cutoffs, you are better off creating a new profile and submitting a fresh application.

I agree that you are not likely to have your case reopened.

In addition, given that this was a pretty significant miss on your part, it's likely that there may be other errors and inaccuracies in your submission. You ought to create a new profile and do it again, and this time double and triple check everything before you submit.
