Application disappeared from new portal?

I have applied for a visitor visa and it has been more than 5 months with no response, suddenly this morning when I log in to check the status my application is not there? Did anyone face this before? Need help on this. Thanks

I. Facing the same issue

I was trying to call IRCC for the disappeared application and the IVR says application is approved. Therefore I recommend everyone calling IRCC, give UCI and application number to know the status.
