Application Directly send to CIC New Delhi

Can any one tell the exact date when Delhi Visa Office stopped taken
Direct P.R. Applications?

What do you mean by direct PR application. Under the new FSW since Nov '08, the initial application should be sent to CIC, Nova Scotia, Canada then full application with docs to local CHC once you are asked from NS.

P.R. Application under FSW 1, 2 & 3 needs to sent directly to local visa office, but from ist of april-09 it has changed to NS Sydney, ist and then local office with full docs. but I have listned from some one in the forum CIC has actually stop taking P.R. application by 15th of April-09, But I have filed directly on 20th of April-09 but still is not any news, neither P.R. fee draft is being encashed.
