Quick question.

If my application date is June 12,2016 and calculation paper date is June 9th. is it ok if i send my application today as of June 9th? or I have to wait till June 12, 2016 so both the application and the days calculation are in the same date?

you will have to wait till the date of sign in the letter. its written explicity in one of the documents, just dont remember where.

Yes, that is possible. Or you can even sign both of them today and mail them today as well.
