Application cancelled with final decision mentioned not approved for incomplete document.

Hi,

If CIC cancelled our pr application based on incompleteness so not approved what should we do? Is the fee refundable?
It happened one week after AOR,tried to upload the original documents which forget to attach to the translated one. I would be grateful if you answer as soon as possible. Thanks

sorry to hear that. Only the RPRF Is refundable, if paid upfront and not the application fee. This should be stated in the communication received from CiC. There are some ways on reopen a case depending on the reason and gravity of rejection.

Thanks for your prompt reply. This rejection is for one of my friends. Because he did not upload the original employment letter from backhome in our language and only upload the translated copy of that smd a week after send the original one to the case review then got rejection.
