My score is now 437 , but the first time is was 487.Dor CRS – Skill Transferability – Foreign Work Experience I am getting no points.

Could you tell more details about other factor for you score? i.e, age, level of education, work experience, etc, maybe we could figure out.

No, I did not try to re-opened my file, just straight way for new profile from scratch.

I see, that makes me think if CSE replies to all enquiries. Others mentioned an average of 2-4 weeks time whilst others never get any response at all.
I think the best thing to do is to apply again.

Your case is very peculiar. I'm glad you received your BOWP, at least you are safe until next year. What I find interesting is that your application was cancelled for incompleteness, yet you were approved for a BOWP, which can only be granted when an application has passed a completeness check. Lucky!

I'm facing the same problem. Mine got cancelled just recently. I created a new profile and waiting for my PNP points to add up and get ITA again. I also raised CSE and hoping to reopen my case.
What does your status and Decision say? Mine is Cancelled and Not Started
The good thing was I got my BOWP approved before they cancel my file. So, I still have time to re apply and wait

Mine got cancelled also and Im a bit confused on how can i get my pnp points to my new profile, should I message Ontario? on which email please?

Don't give up guys, create new profile and make sure triple check before submission this time.
In my case, my 1st EE application has been cancelled as well due to PCC translation, then I tried to applied in second attempt, but for this time fortunate I got application approval, it took exactly 60 days to received PPR.

that sounds great, but could you tell us what are the expenses for the second application? I mean is there any expenses? like re do medical or something else?
