Application Cancelled what next?

Hello All,

I applied for PR, but yesterday after I got my BWP valid til 2017, I got another notice that my application for PR is "Cancelled as incomplete" because I didnt present a police record for my home country which I left 10 years ago.I'm guessing its my fault because I maybe missed where it said get police cert from all countries you lived over 6mths? But couldn't they just have asked me to get it instead of rejecting me.
I just want to know can I now, start the process again immediately, or do I need to create another EE profile?

I guess it depends upon the vo. If they want they can ask you for a pcc or they can reject it. They ask me for my wife pcc and gave me some tkme to upload it .
Can u tell me how u got your BWP?

I'm facing the same problem. Mine got cancelled just recently. I created a new profile and waiting for my PNP points to add up and get ITA again. I also raised CSE and hoping to reopen my case.
What does your status and Decision say? Mine is Cancelled and Not Started
The good thing was I got my BOWP approved before they cancel my file. So, I still have time to re apply and wait

That's correct, i guess it only applies to certain PCC like FBI which may take longer to process. Some VO just rejects file without even asking for it.

I know they could've just asked me to upload it, just to cancel and have the applicant apply all over again, because of an oversight, seems jaundice and brash ..their rules I guess :

Hi there, sorry to hear about your rejection, the truth is when it comes to PCC check (completeness and validity) they usually send rejection right away without asking if they sense something is wrong, I was once faced with the same problem and then with more efforts applied, I got my 2nd application approved and am about to do my landing sometime next week.

Keep in mind that it is not the end of the world, re-creating a new profile aand re-entering the pool is the best thing you can do now. If you once received ITA, sure sometime in the future you'll get it again even though the draw is a bit high now. Don't lose the faith, it will all come to you again. Good luck

What about the status and decision on you MyCIC account on your profile details box? My letter also mentioned cancelled as incomplete.

Yes, it says the same as well...I just applied now, and the issue is that I am not getting my point for my CRS – Skill Transferability – Foreign Work Experience
, before I got 50 and now I have zero, any ideas why?

Don't give up guys, create new profile and make sure triple check before submission this time.
In my case, my 1st EE application has been cancelled as well due to PCC translation, then I tried to applied in second attempt, but for this time fortunate I got application approval, it took exactly 60 days to received PPR.

Hope you guys will get good news soon.

My score is now 437 , but the first time is was 487.Dor CRS – Skill Transferability – Foreign Work Experience I am getting no points.

No, I did not try to re-opened my file, just straight way for new profile from scratch.
