Application cancelled due to incomplete docs

Hello Friends,

My application for PR was rejected one week ago due to incomplete documents, I forgot to attached police clearance certificate. I performed the medical for that application.,., I made my new profile and waiting for ITA my question is that "Do I need to perform medical exam again?".,.,., on previous medical certificate, the doctor staff put UCI no & application no it.,., but now i have seen that I have got new UCI and application no...,.,

I am really confused please guide me.

Your medical is valid for 12 months. Also, UCI and application number doesn’t matter as long as passport number is same.
How many days after AOR was you application rejected?

I am really sorry for late reply, It was cancelled after 12 days. I have prepared new one and waiting for ITA.

Please does ADR message change from “we are reviewing the additional document you provided”? I got adr to provide a clearer copy of my marriage certificate. I passed MEP the day I submitted the adr
