Application cancelled due to a trifle reason - what to do?

Guys,

I'm not sure this has been covered somewhere here. I am so upset and simply don't know what to do. Please help!

I would like to describe our situation and ask for some advice. It’s already the second time since our application has been cancelled as being incomplete.

The first time it was cancelled as in the Police certificate the maiden name of the main applicant was not mentioned (this is the requirement for our country, which we missed).

The second time (today) it was cancelled because again in the Police certificate the line “Residing in” (where the address is supposed to be) was blank. This is not mentioned in the requirements, besides it is a standard certificate that is provided to everyone who ask and who need.

What do you think what could be done in such a situation? Was there such a case in your memory? Is there a hope to be reconsidered in case of raising a CSE and calling the CIC? Or maybe we should acquire new Police certificates and apply for reconsideretion?

I would be grateful for any idea!

I also want to add that I know at least one applicant who has got her PPR with the same type of Police Certificate, i.e. with the line “Residing in” left blank. What's going on? (((

I got complete PCC but still attached LOE to make things clear that could have the remotest of chances of creating doubt. I think it's good to explain as much as possible rather than assuming it will be clear. Furthermore, it's quite evident on this forum that PCC is the number one cause of rejection so you should try to make it as good as possible next time.

You can explain in an LOE .If possible ,contact the pcc office of the particular country via email and attach the reply as proof that this is the standard format of Pcc.This will help support you loe and your case to be reconsidered.

If you dont get a reply ,then also attach your email pdf to show that you tried but didnt get reply.

And prepare a detailed LOE.

Actually, I called them, they told me that they don't put the address in the certificate. But this is an oral answer, I guess, I need a wriitten one. Have already sent an e-mail, waiting for a response.

Just make sure in you email, put the details of your pcc that file no and other relevant things like ," my address - a-2/......" is not mentioned.
Better call them again ,if they dont reply by today and ask them to give them in written on email so that youbcan attach it as a proof.

No .
Any rule regarding format or anything which says that pcc doesnt state the address.

Like websites ,pcc requirement of particular country ,anything to support that.

Did you get a reply ?
