Application cancelled by clear CIC mistake

Hello friends,
I need your help,today my application for study permit is cancelled for 2019 intake and i dont know what i do know, please guide what should i do now.In my GC key account final decision has written that my application was cancelled and we will send tou a message with details but i haven’t received any message,please please need your help because my classes will start on 7 jan 2019.

Hello . My application was cancelled due to incompleteness . Husband's Australian pcc needed to be from official site. My earlier AOR was 1 Dec 2018 and AOR is 27 Jan 2019. Can anyone tell me pls what will be procedure of such applications? I still have to wait 30 days for Medical exam to be passed? ?? Thanks in advance

Hi - I need to know that my case was refused by CIC and the fees was refunded back due to invalid PCC. Meanwhile, as our first case was rejected, we created another profile and entered into the pool and submitted our eAPR and received new AOR. However, later our old case was reopened by them based on our reconsideration letter. Now we have two profiles in place so is it okay to have two profiles. Has anyone being into a similar situation and should we keep both the profiles and should also pay for the GPF for the reopened profile? how will the medicals and biometrics be linked to old and new profile.

I'm updating this post as I'm in a similar situation. My application is waiting for being reopen since mid-September. We are already in December and I still didn't hear anything about it. Every time I contact IRCC, they confirm it will be reopen but they can't tell me when or how long it will take.

Is there anyone in a similar situation? How long did it take for you to have it reopen?

my visa was refused on 24th october due to the agents mistake. still waiting no reply.. what to do? how long do u think its gonna take? as the crs score has gone so high its useless to go through the whole process for me.. r there any cancellations that r purely by agents mistake but havent reopened? should i order gcms ?

The reconsideration was open on February-03-2021, the IRCC call center says that there's no deadline to answer.

Visaro did you get your case reopen?
Anyone got case reopen in 2020 or 2021?

The reconsideration was open on February-03-2021, the IRCC call center says that there's no deadline to answer.

Cancelled as incomplete, incorrectly...
I sent everything that they asked.
AOR received OCT-2020

If that’s the case then send a webform letting them know and hopefully it will most likely be reopened. All the best

I did that. Just trying to see if someone is in the same situation right now, and how long is taking to reopen it.
