Application cancelled and fee refund

Hi,
My application recently rejected and cancelled because of missing doc
I have 2 questions:

1) I payed in advance all the fees, in the letter that i received they say that i will get it back, do i need to ask for it or it will be refunded automatic?
2) I created a new EE profile, Now i need to wait again to receive ITA?

Yes ..you have to wait for ITA.

What is ur prevoius AOR date and when it got rejected.

you don't need to ask for the refund , it should goes back directly to same Credit card or debit card you used , but i assume they will only refund the Right for permanent residence , not the processing fees

what was the missing doc they rejected you for ?

It rejected 3 weeks ago for missing doc of the ECA from the medical association, but now i got the right doc....

1. You will receive refunds both the right for permanent residence and processing fees, it takes around 4-6 weeks to get those refunds.
2. You can create new profile and wait for next draw.

Are you sure he will get processing fee back?

My 1st EE application has been rejected after 2 months submitted. Then 1 months later I received all my refunds back to my Credit card which was fully amount that I paid when I submitted.

If the letter indicates 'Cancelled' due to incomplete documents then you will have your full payment refunded to your CC. If the application has been 'Refused' you'll only get your RFPR fee if you paid upfront. My first EE was refused last year due to Lmia issue and got my RFPR fee refunded after 5 weeks.

OMG! what was ur mistake dude? Apart from the official ECA report are we suppose to attach anything else? ???

I had same situation, my application was rejected because of missing medical report.
However after receiving rejection, I raised CSE explaining that I have already done my medicals. It is not my fault that the doctor’s office did not send it soon enough.
Luckily in my case they reopened my case after receiving the medical report. However since they had rejected the application initially, so the refund process was already started for application fees.
I had to repay the application fees even though the same application was reopened. That was way back at starting of January.
I am still waiting for refund of my initial application fees. When I called them they said it may take up to 12 weeks. But I have already crossed that mark.
So in nutshell:
• Try raising a CSE, may be they will reopen you case. Attach you proof of medical in CSE.
• In case they don’t reopen you have to reapply after receiving ITA again
• Refund of fees may take a long time.

Same my situation before, the 1st EE application has been cancelled but my 2nd attempted was successful so you can re-apply again.

Note that, triple check before submit, hope you will get PR this time.

The application was returned because it was incomplete. It was not put into processing. So the application fee will be returned.
