Application canceled as incomplete

I am in same situation, did you raise a webform submitting the missing documents? If so, have you heard back from IRCC?

Hi,

Yes, I did and they came back to me after 2 weeks saying they will stand by their initial decision and not accepting the missing document. My understanding when you send a web form it will be sent to the officer who is handling your application. If he or she is kind enough they would accept, if not and you are unlucky as me to have your application handled by an angry unhappy officer, they would simply reject. I hate to say it, but it is kind of abuse of power.

I think you should try and send a web form, include your missing documents and try. You will not lose anything by trying and good luck!

Thanks for your response. I did send a webform within 2 business days, I am currently waiting for response.
