Application been assigned to a case analyst

Hello,
I applied for my spouse's immigration in April 2018 and it's about to be a year since I applied. I emailed the processing office that has my application and they replied with "Please be advised that this application has been assigned to a case analyst for review in London. Once this review has taken place, we will be in contact." What exactly does this mean? Does it mean there's an issue in my application?

Yes they are doing further assessment so expect delays. In the meantime order your notes asap.
