It seems that since they received your application, they have not started working on it yet. There are a few things to consider:

Did you receive the AOR? Meaning did the sponsor receive an email saying that they were found eligible to sponsor and the application will be transferred to the visa office of the country where the sponsored spouse resides?
To double check, scroll down to the PAPER FILE HISTORY section on your GCMS notes. You should be able to see whether the file was transferred to the visa office or not.
If next to "Location", it says "FC4 Pending Review" or if it says "In Transit", it means the visa office has not received the application yet and have not assigned an employee to work on it. That explains why it is blank. Otherwise, if it says Location: Registry, it means they received it and you may want to ask why they have not started working on it yet. I suggest you contact CIC to find out why.

By the way, at the very beginning of your GCMS notes (on the first page) under Application, look for "Created By:", does it show blank next to it or does it give an employee code like AM50049 (This is not a real employee code, I made it up as an example but that's how real codes look like). If it gives a code, then at least you know that your application was entered into the system.

Hello,

Yes I have received AOR1 and its been transferred to London. They don't send AOR2

Location say 'PA - PUT AWAY'

Under Created by it has 'EAIMEL' and under updated by I have SG23***

I have been told by another poster that its because its early in the application stage and that same happen to the poster. They only transferred it mid December and London visa office is very slow.

Does any of this make sense?

Many Thanks

Yes it is all very normal. You will see all kinds of gaps and blanks. The comments at the end of the report are the most important.
