Application approved, do I still need to do medical exam?

Hello everyone, the same day I received the request to do a medical exam I also received the approval for my application, saying that the document was already mailed to me, does that mean I still need to do the medical exam?

Yes. The approval is dependent on getting the medical done. This will be stated on the Visitor Record. No medical = invalidated extension.
