After the amendments being made, original IELTS score has to be submitted with your full application package within the 120 days limit.

Although you can, it is recommended that you submit your application with your IELTS. The process will start once they receive your initial application

You have to send you application first to the Central Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, NS, Canada. That office does not need the IELTS score.

After your initial application is approved for further processing, you will have 120 days to submit ALL documents which will include the IELTS score as well to the CHC office that will be handling your application.

Apply now to the CIO and you can submit the IELTS score to the Canadian High Commission (CHC) that is handling your application (once the application is approved for further review.)
