TRV processing time updated today.......32 days !!

Yes, it was updated yesterday.

My parents are well past that time too..it's more than 40 calendar days since they applied (6/10/2016) but no update yet. Dont know if it is supposed to be business days?

Just to update.. I got my passport request on 21st July (exactly at 31 days).. Got stamping done on the same day as I was flying to US in the evening..

Yes it was online.. I gt it during India working hours around 12.30 pm India time..

I really dunno, what is going on. I can't make any arrangements (book air tickets, plan intinerary) in absence of the visa. Also, it has taken longer than the time mentioned on the website as well as longer than many individuals who applied online. I am very concerned.

Application submitted 24 June in Singapore
Passport Request 23 July 12:02PM Singapore Time

That's kinda weird as I got the request on Saturday so they're supposed to be not in the office!
Anyway I'm glad to get it finally after 30 days. Good luck guys!

Nothing unfortunately.

I'm thinking if cancelling their visit now. It's really frustrating. With this inexplicable delay, the flight fares have gone up and all plans look jittery.

I applied online on 15th June for my MIL. visa was approved on 8th July
Country: India

She has a prior visit to Canada though

Hi all

I applied TRV by paper. At the time of submission of application, i had received sms that my application forwarded to Chandigarh visa office.

Do they send information by SMS or email when decision is made ? Do they also update online status immediately ?

Any idea guys ?

Update..........My TRV application submitted by paper on 21 June 2016 is processed and dispatched to canada visa application centre today.
Hope to receive my passport by courier tomorrow.......will update the result then..........

Today received passports and we both (me and my wife) got multiple visa till validity of passports.
