No hard feelings....after 3 attempts I got CLB9.

Sasketchwan PNP is opening in jan'2016...everyone can apply.

Only thing is hope they do not make it mandatory to stay in that province after getting PNP.

Hi Roy,

Can you share the link of the announcement please.

They can't make it mandatory because there is a federal law that states that citizens and PR's can live and work anywhere.

However, you should plan to live at least 6 months in the province that nominates you (for record purposes and to show you had the intention of settling there). No one can hold you if you move due to a better opportunity after that.

I myself am planning to apply to SINP

Hi One Topsy,

Can you please tell me where I can find recent announcement about Saskatachwan 2016 programme? Any updates as yet?

Guys,

Quebec Lowers Pass Mark for Canadian Immigration through Skilled Worker Program - can I get any help from this province.

I have 359 CRS points and have my close friend in Quebec working since 3+ years.

Any guidance highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone. Have just created my profile with the lousy low score of 389. I am already depressed, cause no chance to be picked without provincial nomination.

Hi Topsy,

Any specific reason why you applied for SINP though you had OO PNP ?
(other than financial reason)

Thanks

Hey, why put all your eggs in 1 basket. I recieved PT from Ontario but havn't sent my application. SINP is free so why not?

Depending on the outcome of my third IELTS (2moro 7nov) i might still send in my OINP application.

Nothing says you can't apply to more than one province, right?

BY THE WAY...for ALL who are between 300-350 SINP is currently open to express entry candidates (regardless of your EE score), so hurry and apply

The Ontario PNP application form asks to confirm whether you have other ongoing provincial nomination applications. Having a concurrent application with another province shows that you are not committed to move to Ontario and might have a negative effect on your application.

I think it is quite standard for most provinces that are issuing provincial nominations to check that applicants are not involved with other provinces (living in, working, or having an ongoing nomination application) as this would be a strong evidence that the applicant is just applying to get PR and then move away from the province. Which is not what the PNP was designed for.

Well, I'm a FSW Outlander. Obviously i will tell OINP i already applied to another province. If they decide not to nominate me because of that, then too bad for them, tho i would have wasted $1500.

However, i would find that a bit extreme because I am an Outlander and I'm sure they know how the system works. ;D :D

Am I eligible to apply in express entry SINP with crs 366. ? My occupation is dentist noc 3131.
