Hi Fellows,
Does any one know if the cap for the OOPNP (Ontario states Nomination) has been filled or not yet?
My Score is 338 and I am improving my IELTS to cross 400 so I may apply for ONTARIO at least if not anywhere else.

Is there any other way to apply or any other ideas except Saskatchewan?

Please share your valuable advice. Appreciate it.

Regards,
MARK ADAMS

I got 331 points and I have no hope of a drop in cut-off point. If Ontario placed a base from 400 then it is a clear sign that point will not decrease below that point.

What were your scores on IELTS?
You have to aim for CLB 9~10, if you want to have a real chance,
as it will boost ur score with Skill Transferability and probably you will hit more than 400 easily

I am studying to retake IELTS in September, however it's quite difficult for me to get CLB 9 even though I have been working on it every day. My current score is 331 and if I reach CLB 9 then I will get 410 points.

No agent can help you get ab LMIA approved job offer that will fetch 600 additional points. If they claim to do that, tell them you would love to have their services and will pay them after you get your PR.
Hey there excuse me, I'm new to the topic , can you explain to me what is ab LMIA

LMIA is Labour Market Impact Assessment - essentially thr process through which Canadian employers convince the Canadian government that they are forced to hire a foreign professional because there is no Canadian citizen of PR willing and/or able to do the job. Having an LMIA supported job offer guarantees an ITA under EE.
