Wht it means by PPR1

for pakistani applicants pass request comes in two steps, its in our law that passports cant b sent out side country via any courier service, so in step 1 letter VO asks to send photo copies of pass ports to london and later CHC isb sends the step 2 letter to submitt original pass ports to CHC inlamabad for visa stamping.

PPR1 is concerned with London CHC not Islamabad U w;ll have to send photocopies of ur passport to CHC london then ppr issued 4m Islamabad , PPR2

Some pre-june 2010 have been asked to redo their medicals especially closer to the time the visa office is ready to wrap up their applications e.g to issue passport requests. Seeing as medicals are valid for one year, the visa cannot be issued outside of the validity of the medicals
