Processing time for kosovo is 13 months hope it won't last more than 13 months

It's not only for Kosovo. Canadian Embassy in Vienna is responsible for permanent resident application for citizens from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia.
The processing time for Permanent Resident is 16 months now.
For most of the cases the processing time is not the same.
My case for permanent resident is finalized for 10 months from Canadian Embassy in Vienna. I am from Kosovo too. I have two friends who processing time for them was 11 months exactly.
Processing time is the same for all countries but for some cases process is less for some others is longer.
I tried to explain the processing time.

Did you write them?

Yes, I wrote. They just answered that my application is under review and they are unable to provide a timeframe as to when results can be expected. That's it.

international organization for immigration(iom)
