Hello everyone.

Happy to inform that I and my wife got our VISA and COPRs yesterday at Vienna.

We just came back to Frankfurt after a tiresome bus journey.

P.S. VO had incorrectly put my marital status as Single on the COPR, however it was correct for my wife.
Good that we were there in person to obtain the documents and got it corrected.

Very important to clearly read through all the details on VISA as well as COPR.

Congrats!

A question regarding my new family member (my baby was born on the 8th of July)

About paying the fees, I don't know which option to choose:

Family member of the principal applicant who is under 19 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship OR is 19 years of age or older who has been unable to be financially self-supporting since before the age of 19 due to a physical or mental condition

OR

Fee subject to a transitional provision - Family member of the principal applicant who is under 22 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship OR is 22 years of age or older who is unable to be financially self-supporting due to physical or mental condition

Both of them apply to me. What does it mean: Fee subject toa a transitional provision?

What are you paying for?

fee for my baby boy. I am adding him to the application

If there is no other explanation or instruction I would go with nr. 1.

Hi to all,

Question: Two days ago, I have noticed that my home address appeared on my ECAS profile (I have TLU). Any thoughts what does it mean? Should I do something regarding that or?
I am still waiting for passport request, should I be worried or should I relax myself and keep on waiting? :)

Thanks in advance!
Boban

We are having incredible problems with receiving the passport back. :'(

We sent it via DHL and they received it on July 31. On the following Monday (August 3) they said that they are having problems with mail to Bosnia and asked that we provide prepaid courier coupon instead. So we did that, but when DHL went to pick up the envelope, there was no passport!

Now they tell us that they sent the passport via registered mail on August 3 with Austrian Postal Services and provided us with a tracking number which shows status as "EXPORT" as of August 6... :(

It has been an incredibly frustrating experience with nobody able to provide an answer.

Question for the people with young kids.
What did you do with vaccination book for your kids? Some translation? Some additional documents from a doctor?

omg Boris, thats terrible, any news now ?

What we do in Macedonia related to vaccination book, is issuing an international (yellow) vaccination booklet which should be very helpful for Canada. I hope this information will help you :)

Hello Lamja,

As I can see from your timeline, you have been waiting more than 5 months for passport request...why it was so long?
Regards from Skopje :)

The passport has arrived in Bosnia. Hopefully it'll be there tomorrow because we have been eyeing a ticket on Thursday. :(

Anyone there? :D
We are searching for flights. The best offer we were able to find for early March 2016 is LOT, around EUR 920 for two persons ??? What are your experiences?
