This is good to know. One + for you.

Many things create price. Time of year (is it season or not), how many seats are left (last minute), pure luck etc. I got back from Toronto (to Belgrade) on December 1st. 509 CAD, one stop in Munich and all in all 12 hours of flight. Pure luck. Tickets are usually from 800-1200 CAD (my experience).

Don't take cheaper ticket and 32 hours long flight. You'll hate Canada before you even land there. Pay 200-300 CAD more and take maximum 15 hours flight with less stops. My advice. This from Zagreb is "one time in a life" chance. I hope that there would be enough space for all of us.

Hi. My sister in law put in her application for a Canadian visitor visa online on Monday June 15, 2015. She was sent a request for passports 3 days later on Thursday June 18,2015. So she did. Vienna received her passport on Tuesday June 22,2015, does any one know how long it will take to get her passports back to Germany as her flight is for June 30,015

Yeah, I did not get RPRF with MR either. Received MR last wednesday.

@ whenwillthisbedone, RPRF & PPR come (together) after you do medical check and they check your results... if you don't have any additional medical documentation (or condition that needs additional tests) usually you get RPRF about 2-3 weeks from meds done.

No, people from visa exempt countries just get COPR documents (Confirmation of Permanent Residency), you need those to enter Canada.

My husband had valid tourist visa and it's stamped as 'cancelled', he got new 'immigrant' visa same as me.

As venineki already said... This from Zagreb is "one time in a life" chance.
This is the airline first season and it ends in Octobar 2015. Since it's new skyliner (with only one plane ) and this part of Europe is quite unfamiliar to Canadians I am shure they will have flights even next year.
The only misstake they have is that they are connecting Toronto with Zagreb instead with some turist destination for instance Istra or Dubrovnik...
When Canadians discover Dubrovnik, they probably will not even consider to return home
