Strangersr is right, I wasn't precise. Arrived home. VO received them last Tuesday, I wasn't expecting to get passports so fast.

Aha I see, somebody is using his/her informal connections with the post office , because ours are dispatched back from VO on 03.06 and we are still waiting them . . .
I assume you give a Red Bull to your snail mail - maybe that's the reaseon ;D

I'm also shocked (positively of course). Though, our friends before us also sent passports the same way and also got them in a week time.
Or maybe you're right, postman drinks Red bull every morning before going to work ;D

It's been more than 11 months since our application was received and we don't know the outcome yet. Just silently watching all of you receiving MRs, PPRs, stamped passports and postponing our plans again and again and again.
10 days ago I sent an e-mail to Vienna with our medical file numbers that were forwarded to London and no response yet, as usual.
Really don't know what to do next.......

I received it maybe some 30 min ago.
Question: I cannot open the link from the letter to see how to contact the physician. Can anyone help me out with the link? I don't know if they sent a wrong one or it's just not working.

I've replied to their mail (when they asked for our MRs) and I think that that address is CSE e-mail address.
