The only valid source that can give you such info is someone who already passed this procedure or some who lives in Vienna which can go to the embassy and clarify these questions with VO staff in person.

is there anyone here who did not receive a line"we started processing your application for PR", but do have "medicals received"? does this mean anything, or they were just lazy to update it? i guess it has been processed, since i received an MR email, right?

Not all VOs add second line update.

I received the MR on Dec 2014, at that time my wife was pregnant, I notified the VO and they postponed my case till now.
Now we expect to deliver the baby these days but I dont know if first do I have to do the Medicals for me and my family or I will have firstly to prepare the papers for baby and then to do the MEDS for the whole family. ??

I appreciate any suggestions... from someone who had the same situation.

I suggest to contact Vienna and to take it from there.
I do not see how anyone but them can be 100% sure what should be next step.

recently we landed on WP, and I've sent notification to CIO (as instructed in e mail with AOR number) of address change. what are the chances they'll switch us to Ottawa? ;D
