You should hopefully get MR next week.
I guess it makes more sense to wait and send the PCC once you get the MR

Hi all,

I submitted my work permit application a week ago, and the processing time is supposed to be 2 months. I am not sure if I will receive anything from CIC at my residential address or does everything goes over the internet?

I ask because I will leave my current place of residence (France) in around 1 month, and travel directly from my vacation destination (Croatia) to Canada. However, that will not be possible if I need to get back home to collect some papers. So, what is the case?

Can't understand that you application goes through Visa Office in Vienna.
You said you are from France, but isn't there an Visa Office to whom you should applied to???
How you file ended up in Vienna?

hey guys, i have a question,
i heard that in emails vienna sends about RPRF and PPR they are not mentioning a possibility to come in person and bring passports, but that it can be done, and they don't really care. my questions are following:
- if we go personally, does it make a difference who goes to give passports? for example, i am primary applicant in our application, and my question is could my husband go himself? or could i give passports to my cousin who lives in vienna, and he goes, finishes everything and brings passports back to me?
- how do we check about all these possibilities, since they are not answering phone, and it takes them forever to answer emails?

as far as i know, DM status comes last. you get rprf and ppr first. as far as "dsafety" goes, i understood that even if we finish everything and go to canada, and the officer at the landing gate does not like us for some reason, he has the authority to send us back and declines us pr.. so... until you are at your destination, you are not safe. i do not want to be pessimistic, and i am not. just saying what i've read throughout this process
