it's still early, it takes around 7 days for them to send and confirm results. start checking ecas on Friday
and happy past birthday

I paid 2500 din. for sending, but UPS doesn't organize return, our passports will return by regular mail. we didn't consider other options due to financial diet

Return (snail mail) is the cost that Visa office covers or it is your expense? (Why would they pay it, they are not charity organization ?)

you really do have many questions
2500din. is 20eur. for snail mail there are no charges, VO is not charity organization but I don't know any company or organization charging their clients for sending them regular mail?
my friend also sent passports this way, returned in one week time.
