my friends from cro went to ljubljana in february this year, and did medicals for 160 euros. at the time, at zagreb, medical was 2.000kn, i don't know if anything changed since.

Does anybody knows whar does pre-med check means and can it be done before the offical invitation sent from visa office?
Since I am mid-.Decembar applicant I expect invitation for medical by the end of June but as I am planing annual vacation at the end of month I would like to do medical exam as soon as possible. That way I could be one step ahead the guys in Vienna and also save some valuabe time (usual it takes some month from the date dey receive med results till next step).
By doing this I (and everybody else who will do the same) could speed up a bit the whole proces. We all are waiting long enough, anyway, right?

What info is vital (what should be filled on the form that you get with the the request for medical) for the med exam?

We do not need to fill anything on the form. All the data there is populated by institute.
Therefore I propose that you approach to medical facility that you will use and ask them for directions in this particular case.

Form itself contains the very basic elements regarding applicant.

They don't send email, just ecas will update to 'medicals have been received'.

i just checked ecas, and it shows "medical results have been received". ok, this is reeeeaaallly strange, i would like to hear your thoughts on this.

1. i've never received second line "we started processing your application on..."
2. in the email, which i wrote about earlier, where they said that they are missing my original documents, they provided me with email address and post mail address. i've sent documents by email, but the email address they gave me does not work - their server rejects email. i wrote to general inquiries email address, asking to give me an email to which i can forward those documents, since documents sent by courier will not be there by wednesday next week. i've never received response.
3. is it possible to get "medical received" if the application "is not complete"? i'm kinda confused

i'm thinking they maybe realized that they already have all that, and is within its validity period, so they kinda ignored that they've sent an email to me.
