hey, i am sorry i haven't seen your messages earlier.

so the medical exam looks like this:
- once you come at the appointed time (for us, it was at 09:15AM), you wait in the waiting room to be called (for us this lasted 25 minutes, not counting 15 minutes we've arrived earlier)
- once you are called, you go into another "office", turn in forms you have received in your email, and then look at the guy who fills it in the system with the documents and information they already have :-X :-X :-X (for us, this lasted about 20 minutes). when he finishes, he gives you two papers with which you go later on to rheumatism clinics -adults only- (resavska 69), for an X-ray,
- first, one undergoes an "exam" with a medical technician, who asks you about your medical history, height, weight, takes a picture of you, measures your blood pressure, and draws blood (for adults only), (for us this lasted forever, since the technician is extremely slow with her movements, pretty unpleasant, my kids were nervous since we've been waiting already for such a long time, and this part took forever, i'm not sure, but i think all in all about an hour for four of us)
- afterwards, you wait again in the same room, and adults are being given bottles to give urine,
- then you wait in the waiting room again (we've waited cca 10minutes)
- then we went to doctor for an examination. dr is extremely professional, has awesome people skills and is very pleasant. real refreshment after previous experience. one needs to take all clothes off (except underwear), sits on the bed for physical exam, she exams your neck, chest, abdomen, then does lungs check up with a stethoscope, and you're done. for four of us, this took about 20 minutes.
and this is it at the IOM office. now we went to resavska street
- it took us 25 minutes to find parking anywhere near, since this is mission impossible in belgrade pretty much at any time, especially on monday noon. finally, one spot freed at public garage at slavija
- once we got to the clinic, (first floor), you give your two papers from the beginning of this story and the passports to a person at the information desk, and literally for my husband and me took 2 minutes each to finish this. and this is the last thing about the medical examination.
i was sooo happy to leave belgrade at this point, you cannot even imagine. it was 1:30 PM

for me, this was pretty horrifying experience (i have a ten months old baby and another kid of 3.5). i was very very disappointed with the overall organisation of the "examination", especially because it costs so much, and they don't even bother to, for example, measure your height and weight, or fulfill your information in the system once you book an appointment, since they already have all of your info, but you have to sit there and wait for them to do so! very unprofessional! i hope that you guys won't have so much hassle about it, and they will at least start on time, if nothing else. good luck!

Wow, thank you so much for all details. Now we can prepare well. Sorry for your bad experience, but sadly that is our real world today. Tomorrow it will be better for us...

If I continue like this, I'll have to take over the EX YU applicants from VO Vienna and process them in a proper time manner. :D :D :D

I must comment ITZ's prediction = absolutely accurate ;D
We received PPR & RPRF today :o so I believe ITZ should change his/her occupation e.g. immigration expert consultant for EX YU.

Darlings you are next !!! (they didn't ask for any additional docs.)

I have only one question to all - do you have any suggestion how to sand passports (via courier or IOM)

tdi, if you're right you have a drink ;D

Congratulations :D

congtarts tdi! finally, you can relax! 8) 8) 8) enjoy!

Congrats to all.
VO has just emailed me to inform them about the foreseen birth of my baby. I have already given a document from my ginecologist stating the due date of birth when we went to medicals. Now, they are asking us again. It does not say that originals are required only:"Please inform us about the foreseen birth of your baby". Should I just scan an original document and its translation and send them via email.
And another thing: We have a new passport for my son since the old one had expired. Should I scan and sent the new passport, too with the same email or should I make a copy of the new passport and send them by regular mail?

"PLease just inform us"" ....so only scan and send it to them ..after you gave birth a baby you need to contact them...and you will need to send original and translated birth cert. and baby's passport ...
you can try also send a scaned new passport of you son in the same mail

Congrats :D, I would reconsider your suggestion :D :D :D

You can send them via courier, it is faster and cheaper than IOM. I think Fedex is the cheapest compare to others (DHL,TNT and UPS)

Email them with "scan of original document and its translation". Use the same email to inform them about the new passport of your son and also attach "scan of the new passport"

Hi All
Is there anyone from June 2014 who has not received MR still?. My second line was updated in Jan 2015 but still no news about MR. Anyone who is in the same situation.

Wow, I expected to receive MR these days but now I'm kind a desperate when I see your position.
Did you check anything with VO about waiting so long?
Anyway, wish you all best.
