Does Vienna office issue AORs for FSW applicants? If yes, what was the time between PER and AOR for you FSW2013 guys?

No AORs but Vienna got our file about two months after it arrived in Nova Scotia. Good luck!

Yes You are right, the VO most times receives file the month you get your PER

I got medical requests for me and my wife on August 11. :) ;)
We also need to update police certificates and question 8 and 12 on Schedule A form.
Exactly 1 year after we received PER.

Besides that, we will have to include our newborn babies to the application, so they also said to send their papers (passports, birth certificates and pictures), pay the processing fee for babies and send updated generic form and family information forms for us.

All this in 60 days and then they will call the kids for medical after they check their papers. But we have to do ours now.

Second line appeared in ECAS: We started processing your application on August 8, 2014.

We didn't get RPRF request, so I guess it will be sent to us with babies medical requests ??

Congrats to all who are progressing in the application processes.

Congrats alta.province!!! :) It is now obvious that Vienna Office is doing a great job, this is a good sign for all awaiting MR applicants

We didn't get RPRF either. I think that yoda and others got RPRF once medicals were received (only a couple of weeks thereafter for yoda - which was really quick) but I will defer to him...

So I think it's normal that you have not been asked for RPRF yet

Thanks.

I got our new PCC's 2 weeks ago as I was back home so I thought it would be nice to get new ones.
Now, is Vienna VO going to accept these, or new PCC's need to be issued after VO email was sent to me?

Congratulations, Alta.province! And congratulations on your newborns, too :)!
I don't think that sending PCC that you have will be problem to Vienna, because it is valid for one year, but still, I think you should ask VO.

I have been provoked by the case of a Bucharest VO applicant in FSW14 (from the forum spreadsheet at http: // tinyurl.com/ FSW14-Spreadsheet).

He got his Medical request a week ago, only one month after PER !!!

So I did a brief analysis of historical statistical performance of both Bucharest and Vienna VOs. And what comes out is that they are quite comparable !!!

1) Bucharest is on average 13 months for FSW and 15 months for PNP, while Vienna is 15 months for FSW and 19 months for PNP

2) Then, looking at the backlogs published in January 2014, they were almost identical in both number of cases and number of persons to be processed:
http: // data.gc.ca/ data/en/dataset/b6f7c54e-ef4b-4ec1-8dde-7315e97d18eb

: Cases pending… : Selection Decision : Final Decision : Total :
: Bucharest : 917 : 488 : 1.405
: Vienna : 1.212 : 332 : 1.544

: Persons pending… : Selection Decision : Final Decision : Total :
: Bucharest : 1.868 : 1.043 : 2.911
: Vienna : 1.895 : 661 : 2.556

So, am I crazy to think that if Bucharest is speeding up, Vienna must (and will) speed up too?
And that eventually most of us FSW14 (including the backlogged FSWs and PNPs) will be processed quite SOON? :o
