Guys,

my app was received by CIC on 19th of Sep 2012, received PER on 15th of Nov 2012, AOR from Vienna on 05th of December and till nothing new. E-cas still showing only: We received your application for permanent residence on September 19, 2012. I applied with AEO. Is anyone else in the same frame as I am? :( :o >:(

DMM,

Following is my opinion:

1. Nop, don't worry. Vienna (like London as well) doesn't send AOR's. That's good, I started panicking...

2. As far as i know - yes. Everybody who are specified in application should be presented on interview. God I hope they will not call us on interview.I hope so,too.

3. I believe in Vienna exclusively since this is your visa office.

Cheers!
Thanks YodaAtCanada!

last year Vienna VO didn't send acknowledgment of receipt AOR, maybe some AOR..that's not problem be cool ;)
for a interview, i think he need to go..and you can arrange interview in Romania, Kosovo.. but i recommend Vienna, they still gives the final word ;)
It would be much easier for me to go to the interview alone in Vienna, we have a two year old sun, and have no one to take care of him while we go to the interview. I heard that you can not bring your child with you...

DMM, I'm not sure about kids. Where did you get this information that you can't bring kids?
Ultimately, you could always ask Visa Office itself about procedures and regularities but according to CanucksFan experience, you can bring kids.
Take a look at her post in FAM stream (I knew I saw somewhere so I searched and find it):

Ask CanucksFan for more details.

Cheers!

I applied July 2012 also with AEO but nothing so far, my application has been lying at the VO for over 18 month. I'm waiting to hear something soon especially since people who applied in 2013 already getting their MR requests.

Anyone who applied a visit visa?
i sent my application via CVAC DUSSELDORF to Visa Offices in Vienna,i wonder to know how many days should i wait?

I applied at May 2012 with AEO. Till then just first line on Ecas... Employer from Canada emailed to Vienna twice (last time two weeks ago) but with same response about processing times...frustrating for both employer and me.

DMM, you're welcome.
It's always pleasure to help :)

And of course I'm "in" if one nice day people from this forum make appointment to meet somewhere in GTA area on cold beer :)

Hi guys,

I just received my GCMS notes (ordered them on 11th of February). Since they were generated on 17th of February I didn't expect any movement.
And as expected Eligibility, Security, Criminality and Medicals - NOT STARTED. In the eligibility section due date is 8th of July 2014, exactly 1 year from my PER email.
They made a mistake when awarding me 73 points. They gave me 10 points for AGE instead of maximum 12 points because I am in the category between 18-35 years old. I hope that Vienna will notice this mistake and give me 12 points.

Vitalia, thank you very much for information.

Guys does anyone knows what happens when eligibility due date is exceeded?
Now I'm worried, my points are just (1 point) above threshold.
What happens with points one year after PER mail?

If you are referring to points for AGE, you don't have to worry. This is from CIC website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-age.asp.
"You will get points based on your age on the day when the Centralized Intake Office gets your application".

Yes, my question was ambiguous but you got it :)
Age is the only variable that changes, we are getting older as we wait to be processed :(
