We have almost same timeline so please let us know when you get feedback.
I also decided to ask for GCMS notes but in second half of March (if nothing happen until than).
This is based on my rough approximation that until then they should start opening our FSW/2013 applications.

Currently I'm anxiously waiting for statistics to be updated so we can recon how many cases have been closed in 4Q/2013 and remaining size of backlog.
But as we can see, in Family Sponsorship stream there is a lot of good news.
Therefore I think that Vienna works very hard and they currently opened even cases from beginning of April 2013 in FAM stream.
This gives me some optimism

My GCMS notes shows there was no single change in VO. I applied in April'13 under PNP with a job offer - theoretically, my application has to be given higher priority than for FSW. So - don't expect too much from your notes.

Yes, i just checked. Last update was on November 7'th.
We have details on page 31 in this thread. BC created very nice analysis:
