Does anyone here knows what state was with the caps on 21.12.2014?
How much place was taken and for all of us who are in progress do we have any guarantees that Vienna VO will not return our applications (lets say for 6 months now on) with explanation letter saying the cap (for your profession) has been reached?

They wouldn't charge you if your NOC was full.

Well it could be,but I am not so shure... I mean they could take out/charge us the fee money (it is the cost for the screening of the documentation sent to them) and a few months later Vienna VO can send the letter to you saying you did not made it or something is wrong with the app so they are rejecting your application. We all witness that there are consonant changes in the program and now with the lunch of EE (Express entry) they could rip us off, can they not?

A lot of people, fsw 2013 applicants untill today do not have possitive outcome (Visa issued) for they app. On the other hand some (lucy ones) fsw 2014 applicants are already in Canada...
WHY do you think this is the case?

Why Vienna in one period of time was ultra fast,and now they are asleep???

Well I guess that not all fsw 2013 applicants were left for this year, some of them were completed last year without delay. I am afraid to say that that might happen this year too, since there are ppl from June that haven't heard anything from them yet and ppl from august getting MRs. I don't know why they do that, is it noc, completeness or just random. ???

I sent new POF with explanation and they accepted it.

And they sent the MR really fast. Does anyone knows how many days after meds, you get passport request.

After medicals, first you pay PR and then, you get passport request and COPR.

It takes about a month, maybe.

Congratulations Bozance, it is always good thing when someone gets a positive response from VO.
I have contacted them regarding my application and they told me that it is in process, which means that they are checking validity of provided documents. I am not concerned because all the documents are in order and I believe that next week I will also receive medical request.
Regarding what happens prior to medical I believe that they are going through our experience and they request any additional documentation if they need.
I am not sure what happens after medical, what is the rest of the process, maybe someone else can explain that to us. Also, I saw in the spreadsheet that some people got PPR two weeks after their medical was received by VO. Did you guys also get a request to pay for the visa fee or it was just medical?
