One more thing do u know where are all the docs being examinated Sidney before the PER or at the local visa office? Is this the most important step - the PER?

Congratulations!!

CIC has been very erratic in their working. I had sent my application on 28 August but am still waiting for the CC to be charged or PER. As per the cases processed, you may get your PER in 45-60 days but again that is not a fixed deadline. You may get it earlier as well
