I were in may intake before, but now I deferred my admission for 2014 September intake. I have been accepted in U of Windsor for 2014 for MEng in ECE department. I have completed all of my docs just waiting to apply for visa at the end of march. I am also applying in U of Regina for the same course. Now we are on the same boat

i am in the process of competing the docs following are some of the docs i have completed
passport
Police certificate
FRC (family registration certificate)
Property docs of my parents (still working on some)
bank statements of parents ( i will get them a week before applying visa)
bank statements of brothers ( waiting for them and i am still confused whether to attach them or not)
affidavit from sponsors(pending)
CAQ (pending)
Educational docs (all ready)
IELTS
SOP (pending)
Experience letter from employee (pending)

If you are planing to apply online than yes u can scan the documents and upload them. Other wise for paper based (VAC) you will have to give the original.
